Talent Acquisition management - PeopleSoft Career Site setup, configuration maintenance?

 Hi Experts!
I have a question in terms of PeopleSoft career site setup. My question is on how to setup external career site, but also the more important is about how to make major configuration changes 
Recently we went live with Talent Acquisition management and here is how the consultant setup up our site:


This is causing a bit of a problem with our Revers Proxy Server. Can someone please shade more light on why most of the organizations have 

/something/CAREER/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM.HRS_CE.GBL
