Minor Modification of workflow IEX: Strategy Fulfilment Mailer (IEXSTFFM)

Activity: Fulfillment FailedThis Activity sends a Notification to the user and then waits for them to reply with RETRY or CANCEL

We would like to add a timeout so that if the user does not respond within a couple of hours then the workflow will resume and assume a response of CANCEL.
Can anyone please confirm that this workflow is not triggerd by any other workflow/process other than the IEX: Collection Strategy Workflow? And also if any change made to this workflow would not get overwritten by any patches?
