Component Interface usage with intervals

PeopleSoft 9.1 / PeopleTools 8.52

When I execute one and the same component interface multiple times in a row, I need to build in a time interval of 1000ms, otherwise a number of those executions fail.  What can I do to avoid these time intervals and ensure that the component interface execution is always successful ?

I have had this issue with already a number of component interfaces in the Inventory and Manufacturing module.
