is there anyway to automatically close a new PDF window after executing GetAttachment function

 Hi experts, I just want to find out if there is anyway(using PeopleCode or Java script to automatically close newly open PDF window (withing peoplesoft) with pay advise after certain time interval? 

Delivered function GetAttachment opens pay advise in a new browser window. Is there anyway to close that window after 5 minutes?
