Repository Creation Utilty (RCU) Fails Loading OID Schemas With "ORA-04063: package body "ODS.TSPURGE" has errors" (Doc ID 1445389.1)
This problem does exists even in the newest version.
The ods.tspurge package won't compile because of a missing grant on the dbms_reputil package.
"grant execute on dbms_reputil to public" solves this problem.
the solution in (Doc ID 1445389.1) will not work with the latest rcu, the "grant execute on sys.dbms_job to PUBLIC" is NOT needed.
Tested on 11.2.0.4 database
