Unit retail for concession item in ITEM LOC screen

 Hi,
When I am trying to add ALL stores to a concession item , using group type as "ALL STOREs" on ITEMLOC screen, all stores are added. But unit retail, selling unit retail are populated as Zero.

However if I add stores one by one, using group type as store and providing group value as specific store, unit retail and selling unit rate are correctly populated from rpm_item_zone_price table. Can someone let me know the reason?
