Can "Top Menu Features Description" text be changed?

Upgrading from Tools 4.9 to 5.2.  We are moving to Top Menu navigation, but will be turning off the type ahead feature.

The new box that can be put on the home page for "Top Menu Features Description" contains text about using the type ahead feature.  Since we aren't turning that on, we'd like to remove that text.  But I can't find where.  Can it be done?  If so, where?
