How to control Windows Active Directory and Oracle Database users through one single interface.

Customer has Windows Active Directory and Oracle Database users. 

Is there a way to control both Active Directory users and Oracle Database Users through one single interface.  

For example: If a user gets terminated or fired or quits the job, his roots could be in hundreds of Databases.  How to remove this user in one single click? 

Rather than removing manually on all the hundreds of Database and removing users from Windows Active Directory individually.
