Java error after installing FSCM 9.2

After installing FSCM 9.2/ PT 8.53 on Linux the PIA_stderr.log has the following error:

When processing WebService module 'PORTAL.war'. Failed to load servlet Class: com.peoplesoft.pt.syncserver.SyncServerGatewayServlet

Ignoring: unable to load class:java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.peoplesoft.pt.syncserver.SyncServerGatewayServlet at: weblogic.xml.schema.binding.util.ClassUtil.loadClass(ClassUtil.java:76)

Also, when logging into the application the Main page is not displayed correctly and gives the following message:
