Windows 7 and 11g client driver not linking Oracle tables to MS Access

I have a new computer loaded with Windows 7 32-bit, OraClient 11g driver and MS Access 2010. I cannot link Oracle tables into Access anymore. I did not have that problem on my old computer with Windows XP, OraHome92 driver and MS Access 2010.

The linked table Access queries are also running much slower.

Any solution to this?
