'Action History' and 'Attachment' in workflow notification
Can 'Action History' in workflow notification be customized based on business requirement? (e.g. sorting of records based on any field, Adding a new field 'details2' in action history grid)
If approver wants to add a new document as attachment (with coments), where he/she can accomodate that. How it will be shown to next approver in hierarchy.
