Cannot get My Reports pagelet onto home page

 I am attempting to get the My Reports pagelet onto my home page.  When I click on Personalize Content, the only applications presenting themselves are Menu and Main Menu.  I have enabled PSRF_REPRT_PAGELET and PTPPB_PAGELET_WIZARD options.  I am getting a security error (see screenshot).  Is that related to my issue?  Running HCM 9.1 with PT 8.51.11.  Any thoughts are appreciated.
