 I am using Oracle Workflow Builder 2.6.3.5
i open up this workflow builder, click on ‘Open', and enter user/pwd/connect, and click ok..
then this message popup:

WFRESOR_FAIL PATH=c:\DevSuiteHome\WF\RES\WFus.RES
  WFFILOP_FAIL PATH=c:\DevSuiteHome\WF\RES\WFus.RES

click ok, it still prompt me the list of item types, i selected 'Sourcing Publish', which is the one that I am going to customized, perhaps.

it take a while, and loaded.

i double click on one of the process, and it prompt me this error:

Run-time error '31037':
Error loading from file

click ok, and the workflow builder close immediately. not able to view the process at all.
