Steps missing in FSCM 9.0 to 9.2 Upgrade documentation and CA job

While doing upgrade from FSCM 9.0 to 9.2 , CA job failed at " Task 5-5-2: Building the UPG_CF_CONFIG Script" due to missing Project UPG_CF_CONFIG which was supposed to be present in New Release Demo. When I looked at the demo env, I couldn't find the project.

Later on, I found that it's already been identified as bug and fix 16263336 is available to be applied. Though this fix should resolve the issue, but the Upgrade document "PeopleSoft Financials Supply Chain Management 9.0 to 9.2 Upgrade.pdf" still doesn't include the step of copying the project. This may lead to few users skipping the step and end up getting issues later.
