Application Server and Web Server on PeopleSoft Image not starting automatically

After installing PeopleSoft Image very first time, PeopleSoft application server and webserver were started automatically and we were able to access the PeopleSoft PIA from Client machine. When the machine was restarted later, PeopleSoft PIA page wasn't shown.

When I logged in the Virtual image,I found that PeopleSoft Application server and WebServer wasn't started. I had to manually start those, and was able to view the PeopleSoft login page. I thought it to be temporary issue, but now everytime I boot PeopleSoft Image, both app and web server are down and requires manual effort to boot these.  Also I don't see any errors during the Image startup process as all the steps are marked as OK.
