"The client is following a Gregorian calendar for financials. They are interested in using 4-5-4 as the trading calendar for retail transacstions. This would help in taking consistent business decisions based on standard weeks.

What are the impacts/negatives around using Gregorian calendar for financials and 4-5-4 calendar for retail operations?"
