Need to setup new languages at the time of Upgrade

Hi,

We have Installed required languages (non-Unicode) to fresh vanilla 9.2 Demo environment and we are going to use this environment for Initial upgrade.

At the time of Initial Upgrade, do we need to Install all the languages to our copy of production for the activation of the new languages or the upgrade Source demo is good enough to make all languages active once we start the upgrade?
