Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721)

I installed HCM 9.2 Demo on PTools 8.53 and configured the IB - I'm able to ping the default local node and load connectors.When I perform search in HCM 9.2 Demo, I get this error:

Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721)
Integration Gateway was not able to contact the external system.  The network location specified may be incorrect, or the site is permanently or temporarily down.

ErrorLog in PSIGW has the following:
UnknownHostException: The host couldn't be resolved. Integration Gateway Error

Suggestions are welcome.
