Data Flow issue

Dear Support,

Kindly elaborate on the following:

We have installed RIB13.2.5 and it's been installed successfully. All the Publisher are up and running but TAFR's and Subscribers of RMS,SIM and RPM are down.  We tried to make the adapter up  Manually but it's not getting UP. We have gone through the Configuration files of RMS,SIM and RPM and it seems be fine. We  bounced RMS,SIM,RPM and RIB and relevant  DB's as well , But NO LUCK. 

(Created a new item in RMS but it's not FLOWN / FAILED in RIB or  to the desired destination)

Kindly tell us the steps to resolve the above issue.
