[PUM] - Unable to Define Change Package using CA

 I have installed HCM92 (9.2.0.002) PUM image on virtualbox and installed CA on my machine.
I am trying to apply change package and at the step of Define Change Package when configuring Source instance and hitting 'Next' , getting below error - 

java.lang.exception : Error executing JNI call.
