Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

On workflow notification (PO Approval Notification), there are buttons like 'Approve', 'Reject', 'Reassign', 'Forward' and 'Approve and Forward'.

What is basic difference among functionality of these actions? Any note on this will also be helpful.
