DMS: What are the steps to upgrade from 10.2.0.2.0 to 10.3.0.3.0 ?

Hi All,

We are currently using Oracle Lite Mobile server 10.2.0.2.0 in standalone mode, what are the steps to upgrade to Oracle Lite database Mobile Server 10.3.0.3.0
