Oracle Waveset: restart a task using lh.

 Hi,
   Does anyone know if there is a way to stop/start/restart a task using the lh command? I'm specifically interesting in the scheduler and/or the reconciler tasks. Having to restart the whole application server is very much a nuisance and causes a service disruption for the end users.
