'Global tree menu object' error when creating Homepage Pagelet from Pivot Grid

We are trying to create a homepage pagelet based on a Pivot Grid. The chart and grid look good in the Pivot Grid Wizard and Viewer. They also look good in the Pagelet Wizard. However, when we view the page on the Home screen, we get a pop-up within the pagelet that says "Global tree menu object glObjTr is undefined.' I can close that error by clicking OK or Close, but I cannot work with the data after doing so. I just get the spinning pinwheel. I will attach a screenshot of the error.
