Commission to Collections Agents

Dear Experts

We are in 11i,(11.5.2) and planning to implement Adv.Collections, can we achieve the below functionality in 11i? Please share your views.

* How can we give Commissions to 'Collection Agents' based on recovery/or quota based.(upon completion of targets) --I know we can use OIC for sales, not sure if we can use OIC even for Collections?

* How can we show summary of 'due of All Accounts' ? also can we acheive Family Accounts summaries?
