How to transfer all pending notifications automaticaly from one actionee to another actionee, whe

Hi All,

I am new to the workflow

I got one new requirement from our customer,

customer is expecting that,

when employee transfers from his position, the new employee to that position need to get all pending notifications of the previous employee.

 

How we can reach this requirement,

Please any one guide me to achieve this requirement.
