Some Req Approval Emails Not Getting Sent?
We've been having intermittent issues with workflow emails - mostly just those are sent to approvers when they have a new req to approve. Everything looks ok from the Workflow Status Monitor and the user's settings are all correct. I was looking through the mailer logs to see if I could find anything and I came across something that was questionable, but I'm not sure if it indicates a problem or not.
