Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. RTV transactions hit PLA

HiWhen we are running PLA register, we found that RTV transactions are hitting PLA instead of RG23 Register.

Our Register Preference is PLA-1, RG23A- 2, RG23C- 3,

and also there is balance available in RG23A.
