Business Level at Bill-To with strategies at both Bill-To and Deliquency levels

Hi all,

This question (I hope simple to answer) is about implementation of Advanced Collections in 11i (and R12 if answer is different).

Is it possible to respect all these requirements:

- Setting Business Level at Bill-To account level

- Create of first strategy at Bill-To account level

- Create a second strategy at Delinquency level

My Customer requirement is the following one:

- Req#1: For invoices, having for a given bill-to account a single letter containing all invoices respecting expected stage (and only this stage, i.e. having another letter for its invoices related to another dunning stage)

- Req#2: For chargebacks, managing all transactions of a Customer in a single strategy workflow (i.e. all chargebacks will be managed in a single work item)
