Symantec Endpoint Protection version 12 & running Crystal Reports - error "The application was unabl
Support has recently discovered an issue with Symantec Endpoint Protection version 12.1.3001.165 and Crystal. Upon installing the latest definition files -> version 12, any Crystal and Query processes run via the Process Scheduler run to error.
To resolve this issue, Symantec Endpoint must be removed completely from the affected machines. Then, version 11 can be reinstalled. The customer who reported this issue is following up with Symantec directly to make them aware so they can update their definition files.
