Updating vs Activating Item Loc Replenishments

 We are starting to hit a problem with replenishments that I am not sure how to solve.

We often use Item Lists and location lists when setting up replenishments by location.

The problem is the way Oracle behaves when you either try to Activate an existing repl_item_loc or update a non-existing repl_item_loc. In both cases, nothing happens. no warnings, no errors, just nothing.

Does anyone have any work-arounds for this problem?

I would expect, that if someone tried to Activate an existing Item Loc Replenishment, it would automatically change to an Update.

Likewise, if you try to update an Non-existing one (or Deactive one), it would automatically change to an Activate.
