HTML code printing when using print icon

Good Afternoon,

I hope this is posted in the correct place... We have PSoft 9.0 ePerformance and when we add custom text into the text catalog utilizing HTML, it views correct on the screen, but when you print using the printer icon, all of the HTML code shows. Any suggestions?
