Notification on Work Item
Can someone please give me some precisions on the use of the parameter "Notify" on strategy Work Item definition when it is set to "Y":
- Does it send a workflow notification or a email?
- Who receives the notification? The collector associated to the Customer/bill-to site?
- Is there anyway to customize this notification process? Is it a Workflow that we can change by a custom one (if so, where do we setup the name of the workflow used by WorkItem notifications ?)
