"Error on page" error on job data page after upgrade to HCM 9.1 / PT 8.52.12

Hi folks,
We have just upgraded from HCM 8.9 / PT 8.49.11 to HCM 9.1 / PT 8.52.12. After upgrade, we are receiving the error - "error on page" on a few pages. This error is faced by some of the users only while other users are not facing this error. We have tried the following to resolve this error -

1. Pressed F5 on the error page resolved issue for a few users.
2. Cleared the browser cache.
3. Implemented the solution - Doc ID 1119034.1 by Oracle  - clearing out the browser cache and creating the /cache/new directory.
4. Clearing the web server cache.

The issue is still unresolved for some of the users. Please suggest.
