OIM: de-provision(revoke) resource from organization

we are trying to revoke the resource provisioned to an organization through OIM API,

we had created a instance for tcObjectOperationsIntf (Thor.API.Operations.tcObjectOperationsIntf) and invoked the revokeAppsForOrganizations() method.

There are no exception, but still the resource instance is not revoked for that organization.

Are there any additional steps to be done, to revoke the resource instance to be done on design console?

Resource configuration steps followed:

1. Created Object in Resource Object

- Order for Organization 

- Selected 

-Allow Multiple

-Allow All

-Self Requested Allowed 

2. Created Process Definition 

-Type: Provisioning

-Tasks

- Reconcillation Insert Received

- Reconcillation Update Received
