Confusion on IL patching

 Hi,

We are presently in the process of 11i upgrade to R12.1.3. 

The present product level is  11i.JA.I and patch set is at IN60107.  Is it required to apply the following 3 stand alone patches on 11i if we are on IN60107:

1. Oracle Financials for India Service Tax Solution (Release 11i stand-alone patch 4239736)
2. Oracle Financials for India Value Added Tax Solution (Release 11i stand-alone patch 4245089)
3. Oracle Financials for India Tax Deduction at Source Solution (Release 11i stand-alone patch 4860026)

I got this info from the R12.1. upgrade pdf , pg 48, Financials for India. It is confusing whether to omit all stand alone patches as per note. Please help to get clarity.
