Change Assistant command line problem

 Hi all,
I have Installed Change Assistant (Peopletools 8.53.04 version) and have been able to apply updates to one of my environments.

Now I want to use Change Assistant from the command line. 

The (ruquired) syntax is:
changeassistant.bat -ENV <GUID> -UPD all -CA access-id -CAP access-id-pwd CO user-id CP user-id-pwd

When I start CA from the command line with the correct parameters I am getting the following error:

System Error : Invalid Access ID and password for signon -- see your security administrator.

The Command line the execute is: 
Command Line: \Ptools\PTCS90TGP1\bin\client\winx86\pside.exe -CT ORACLE -CS  -CD CS90TGP3 -CO PS -CP *
