How can I check how the workflow is setup in the system?

We are using EBS version 12.1.3

I am still relatively new to this about couple of months into it. How can I check and find out how workflow is configured and setup in the system? Is there a query to run to find this out or is there somewhere in the front end page I can get this information? Please advise. Thank you very much.
