Create an RSS feed to populate a database

 We are currently trying to get an RSS feed working in MS SQL Server.  While testing out the RSS feed, we get prompted for a User ID and Password, eventhough we have it configured for ANONYMOUS.  If we supply the user credentials (PeopleSoft) we get the query to appear, but this does not work within SQL Server.

Has anyone else been successful in getting this to work?
