Need to know table behind Switch user in worklist Notifications

Hi,

We are using for our CEO the feature worklist access and CEO assistant is approving the different requests (HR,PO,PR ect) on CEO go head. As per CEO request he want to know that how much notifications his Assistant has approved.

Any one have idea how to get this informtion.
