Send notification workflow

We have two requirements:

- When we have 1 new item lot in the system (including: from Batch WIP completion and from PO receipt), we need to send notification to specific user to get sample for this lot.
- Using stability study, so that we want to send notification to specific user for testing when the timepoint is coming.

Please help me that which transaction type in AME I must use?
