Dunning Letter not generating output

Dunning letter is not sent for few customers . It is found that Output of the program "IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers", where the list of customers eligible for dunning letter. Only the customers where the 'Destination' is 'NOPRINT' has got output. Remaining there is no output.Is that related?
