FNDLIBR Errors

We are attempting to implement Oracle Payables along with Purchasing and Inventory.  However, upon submission of a PO the Workflow Background Process for setup to process deferred activities fails.  The error message that the process fails with is one of the following:

1. *** glibc detected *** FNDLIBR: double free or corruption (out): 0x564ff3f8 ***
2. *** glibc detected *** FNDLIBR: munmap_chunk(): invalid pointer: 0x0828c288 ***
3. *** glibc detected *** FNDLIBR: free(): invalid pointer: 0x08250978 ***

So far, after over a month, Oracle Support has not been able to help resolve this issue.  I have provided the output of the WF Analyzer, we've relinked FNDLIBR, ran steps to recreate a "corrupted" WF queue, provided environment information, etc., etc., etc.
