OIM 11g R2 Orchestration Process

Hello,
Can somebody throw some light on how to track the Orchestration Process ? Any white paper on understanding this ?

How to relate the entries in ORCHFAILEDEVENTS table to a particular event / user related event.

We want to track the user accounts for whom the orch events have failed ?

I have also posted this question on a related thread in this forum.

Help is much appreciated.
