Cannot Ping Punchout Nodes after 8.53.04 PTools Upgrade

Hi Folks-

  We recently upgraded our Tools to 8.53.04 and now are experiencing the inability to ping some of our punch out vendor nodes (POUT and RNDT).  These are direct connect suppliers.  Any advise on troubleshooting?  We have confirmed our URL and IP address settings with the respective vendors, certificates, as well as our firewall rules.  Any other thoughts for troubleshooting?

We are on 9.1 PeopleSoft Financials
