Crystal Install for PT853

 Hello
We are currently using crystal with pt849. We want to install crystal for pt853. I have opened a SR and got the crystal 2008 R3 software from Oracle edelivery.  I ran the install and encountering issue with license code. 

As we are existing customer using crystal, I tried re use the current license code. But license manager is rejecting the code.

Is there any special procedure to register /  reuse the code?
