Cannot change Notes to Status: Private

Hi Everyone

We just applied the following patch over the weekend to production:

Patch # 17043270:R12.IEX.B :- R12.1: ADVANCED COLLECTIONS (IEX) RECOMMENDED PATCH COLLECTION - SEP 2013After application, our collectors can no longer change notes from Public to Private status.  Did anyone else have this problem after applying the patch?  Has anyone experienced this in other situations?Thanks
