Installing Oracle Client

I have been asked by our vendor to install oracle client in a server to deploy their applications.  I wasn't sure what downloads to be used and hope I could get some help here.

The following is the request I quote:

" If you are using an Oracle DBMS, make sure that Oracle Client 11.2.0.2.1 or later with the corresponding version of Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) is installed on the computer hosting the Laserfiche Server. It is recommended using 11.2.0.3 if possible on the client."
