ORA-00920: during UserPostProcessActionHandler

 Hi everybody,
My env is
- Linux IAM 2.6.39-200.24.1.el6uek.x86_64 #1 SMP Sat Jun 23 02:39:07 EDT 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
- Oracle Database 11g                                                  11.2.0.1.0
- OIM 11.1.2.1.2

I ran into issue trying to setup a Membership rule for a role, based on Organization attribute of a user. It's really simple, like "Organization = 'OU1'". After updating user profile I found some errors in a log, as following. I have to mention that a role based on a Lastname attribute works just fine. 

Can anyone advise on a possible cause and/or a solution? Thanks in advance!
Cannot delete past proxy.
