Accessing Oracle Communities

I am independent consultant and currently working for a client who have provided me access to Oracle Support. I'm using the same email id to access Oracle Communities. After I start working for another client, I may get different Oracle Support login.

My questions is . How do I maintain a single login for Oracle Communities so that I can view my past activity and improve my community ranks etc. I would be demotivated to participate in communities, if I have to create ids every time I change projects.

Please help.
